Logo Coir Mats

Coir mats are made from hard-wearing fibres from the coconut palm, and so are perfectly suited to areas of high footfall, creating a striking impression while reducing and trapping dirt. At Create Mats we create custom logo coir mats by cutting pieces from different colours and forming a complete design. This allows the dyes to fully saturate the mat’s bristles rather than just at surface-level, so colours remain vibrant, long-lasting, and the mat structure remains solid.

As logo coir mats are made from numerous individual pieces of mat rather than a simple printed-on design, they must meet some specific conditions. Mats must be created from a combination of nine colours, and each part of the design must be at least 10mm thick, with at least 10 centimetres’ gap between the logo and the edge of the mat.

Coir mats have high water absorbency and great scraping abilities, preventing the spread of both wet and dry dirt into your home or workplace. Coconut fibres have a natural resistance to salt water damage, and their bristle-based design means they can simply be shaken or vacuumed clean, making them ideal for areas such as building entrances, where dirt accumulation is likely to be highest.
